Morrison Hershfield is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its engineering business. This position will coordinate the execution of marketing plans for Buildings, Community Infrastructure, Environmental, Mission Critical Facilities, Transit and Transportation practices.  Working as a key member of the marketing team, this position will act as a primary interface between marketing and the sales and operations teams.  A strong project management skill-set is required to plan, manage, and execute the marketing program against multiple project schedules.

  • Coordinate and execute elements of service line marketing plans
  • Review online bid sites daily, conduct high-level scope review, distribute opportunities to appropriate staff
  • Schedule, track and complete production of qualifications packages and proposals to meet tight deadlines
  • Develop, edit, and proof a variety of marketing collateral including blog posts, proposal content, project sheets, resumes, award submittal, brochures, and presentations to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive and aligned with brand standards
  • Research clients and market information
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to help define and develop core messages and value propositions




  • A post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related field
  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience, preferably in related B2B or Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry
  • Familiarity with the A/E/C industry including relevant trade organizations, publications, conference and events
  • Demonstrable versatility and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Graphics Suite
  • Preference given to candidates with experience managing varying service lines through multiple channels of business under singular company brand
  • Ability to understand complex topics (intellectual horsepower)
  • A customer service oriented, self-starter with the ability to set priorities while multitasking and self-manage project assignments from start to finish
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-pace, high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Desktop publishing capabilities with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop tools
