The Project Manager will be responsible for Site Acquisition and Engineering aspects of wireless site vendor management, site visits, client meetings, contract administration, coordination and discipline integration of preliminary and detailed design packages for telecommunications projects, including Raw Land, Colocation, Rooftops, and Water tanks.  


  • Coordination of cellular infrastructure deployment projects relating to Site Acquisition & Design
  • Handle all aspects of project serving as the single point of contact for all client interactions.
  • Visit sites, obtain specific requirements, measurements, etc. for raw-lands, co-locates and DAS projects.
  • Maintain deliverables through tracking system
  • Request services as needed based on scope of work
  • Processing project invoices and ensure invoices are paid promptly
  • Contract administration
  • Advising clients and management of any project delays or budget changes and provide resolutions or alternate actions as required
  • Preparing budgets and cost estimates for site development, while monitoring project costs and controls to ensure that projects stay within budget 
  • Working with project design leads in defining, estimating and negotiating project change orders
  • Responsible for all financial aspects of the project



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.  Industry specific experience a plus.
  • Preference given to candidates with P.E. and/or PMP designation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, EXCEL, Lync, Access)
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
  • Ability to create, maintain and update schedules and trackers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong track record of achieving goals and objectives within tight time frames
  • Experience with project management and scheduling software and other tools for tracking, reporting and analyzing progress
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship building
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines on a timely basis
  • Strong sense of ownership required for project completion
  • Excellent communications skills required for understanding and communicating the clients' needs
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team of multi-discipline professionals
  • Experience related to towers/telecommunications industry a plus
  • Team-based environment, fast-paced organization
